Imagicaaworld to develop India’s largest water park near Ahmedabad with ₹75 crore acquisition

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has approved the INR 75 crore acquisition of Malpani Parks Ahmedabad Private Limited to develop India’s largest water park near Ahmedabad. The deal, subject to shareholder approval, provides IEL with 34 acres of prime land. This marks the company’s third project in Gujarat, reinforcing its expansion strategy and commitment to the state’s tourism and entertainment growth.
