Demand for gig workers up 40% this wedding season

The demand of gig workforce across sectors in the peak wedding season in Indore is estimated to have jumped by more than 40 per cent as against the pre-pandemic level, said industry players from the hospitality and logistics segment, a move being seen as giving a boost to the gig economy.
